Top Down Games Performance in Egypt for Q2 2023

In the second quarter of 2023, the top five top-down games in Egypt showcased varied performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at each game’s performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Yalla Ludo - Ludo&Domino saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $14.7K in the final week of June. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of around 113K in early May, while weekly active users saw a surge from 398.6K to 536.4K by the end of the quarter.

League of Legends: Wild Rift experienced a significant drop in weekly revenue, falling from $15.4K in early May to about $2.8K by the end of June. Weekly downloads were relatively low, peaking at 2.8K in the last week of June. However, weekly active users showed a gradual increase, ending the quarter at 38.2K.

Whiteout Survival demonstrated a declining trend in weekly revenue, dropping from $11.8K in early May to $2.4K by the end of June. Weekly downloads also saw a decrease, with a low point of 1.5K in mid-May, before recovering to 7.6K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 22.3K in early May and ending the quarter at 20.1K.

Zynga Poker ™ - Texas Hold'em maintained a stable weekly revenue, hovering around $6.9K to $7.7K throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads were consistent, peaking at 705 in late May. The game’s weekly active users saw a steady rise, reaching 11.3K in mid-June before slightly decreasing to 10.4K by the end of the quarter.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang had a varied performance with weekly revenue peaking at $8.9K in mid-April before dropping to around $4.7K by the end of June. Weekly downloads reached a high of 9.9K in early June. Weekly active users demonstrated a significant increase, ending the quarter at 311.4K from 261.3K at the start of the quarter.
